Sofia joined Healing Hands Chiropractic after her own experience as a one of our pregnant patients! She loved how good she felt and how it helped her body with baby number three.
Sofia is originally from the beautiful mountains of Colorado. In her free time (Ha! who has free time with 3 kids…) she spends it with her husband, leading small groups at church, teaching kickboxing classes, going on hikes, and running around with all the kids’ activities.
