Kate Cardel, D.C.

Dr. Kate Cardel is a 2022 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. Before graduation, she spent her final clinical rotation at Healing Hands Chiropractic and is delighted to be joining the team as the newest chiropractor. Her previous clinical rotation was at Alvin C. York VA Medical Center, where she had the privilege of serving our nation’s veterans.

Dr. Kate started receiving chiropractic care when she was 15-years-old to support her athleticism and recovery on and off the volleyball court as well as help regulate her highly stressed nervous system. Since then, she has been passionate about providing a more conservative approach to musculoskeletal and nervous system healing, returning to the body the remarkable ability to heal itself.

As a Murfreesboro native and MTSU alumnus, Dr. Kate is humbled to give back to the community by joining Dr. Dee as the Official Team Chiropractors for the MTSU Blue Raiders. A lifelong athlete and avid gym enthusiast, she sees the importance in faster recovery and top-notch performance when it comes to sports and athleticism. She is an extremity expert specifically trained to address musculoskeletal injuries and neurological imbalances that may play a role in subpar athlete performance.

Dr. Kate is also certified in the Webster’s Technique, a neuro-biomechanical approach towards aligning the pelvis for optimal function to give mom and baby a chance for the most natural birth. She is also well-versed in per-habilitation and rehabilitation regarding pregnancy and the postpartum period. The perinatal and postpartum period is beautiful, daunting, constantly-changing period of life, and Dr. Kate hopes to bring balance and ease along the journey.

In her free time, you will find Dr. Kate at a local coffee shop, in the gym, worshiping at church, or reading novels with her husband, Jeremy. She is also a big fan of musical theatre, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and re-watching The Office over and over again.
